is able to co-ordinate events where is has experience and which is of small magnitude, not extending beyond his defined work area. Faces problems on day-to-day basis in coordination of work with all concerned. Needs to be more proactive in to effectively complete his work. Rarely communicates with others leading to wastage of resources, delay in schedules, etc. Communicates effectively with all team members but does not follow up on the progress made. Does not insist on documentation and updation does not happen on time. |
