Has valuable insights about others and is provides coaching and feedback to colleagues provided they come to him. Is very busy always and does not have much time for his mentees. Likes to give suggestions and talks mostly about how the other person benefitted because of him. |
Level 1 |
Gives feedback to others when asked; Is not comfortable in desemminating his expereinces. Likes to be by himself and does not enjoy the company of his mentees unless he becomes very close to them. Feels betrayed after the mentee has grown him out. |
