Level 5 | Takes final responsibility for the performance of the dept. Sets challenging goals for self and for the section with an ultimate aim to contribute to the profitability of the business. Persevers in holding onto the paln when faced with complex obstacles. Initiates and models changes to machines to optmise its performance. Anticipates future consequences and acts to ensure organisation benefits, from adopting long term perspective. Monitors the appropriateness of measures used to track results. Cordinates for the solution to be adopted for resolution of any problem without breakdown avoiding loss in end result. |
Level 3 | Needs repeated superiors direction to accomplish objectives .Displays persistence in working to overcome routine operating problems, but needs superior inputs in doing so. Demonstrates clear motivation towards and focus on achieving measurable results and improvements. Leaves a lot on external factors and does not plan for contingencies. Feels helpless if results do not happen, but lays the blame on external factors. |
Level 1 | Tries to organise own tasks according to assigned priorities. Asks for advice / needs senior level intervention to deliver in time and with accurate results. Does not have sharpe focus on delivering for mesurable results and gets distracted easily. Is not able to plan things properly because of which is not able to deliver results.
