Level 5 |
Volunteers for challenges where he knows he will be able to do well. Makes his interests known to everyone and how he takes time out for the same. Encourages others to receive and give constructive feedback, such that one is aware of how one is faring. Keeps individual targets and sees if he is able to achieve it. Makes accurate assessment about how he fares and how he is perceived by others and accordingly monitors his performance. |
Level 3 |
Is aware of how he fares in routine tasks, but has to be told by others about how they perceive him. He is eager to receive feedback and works to improve upon himself. Is not clear on what interests him, and thus keeps doing things at the same time. Is impulsive and at times is unable to control his emotions. |
Level 1 |
Does not receive feedback well, and dismisses it if he finds it against what he thinks of himself. Has an image of himself which is not what others think of him. Does not do anything with interest but floats through all assignments that comes across. Does not express whatever his interests are such that those jobs are given to him. |
